Ashish Verma

Chief Operating Officer

Ashish Verma is a dynamic executive whose career spans over three decades and three continents. His distinguished record for over thirty years has been based in the US across luxury hospitality, real estate development, and multi-unit operations. He holds an MBA from Cornell University and ESSEC Business School in Paris, a Master's in Hospitality Management, and a Bachelor's in Economics and Political Science with Honors, an academic foundation that informs both the rigour and the breadth of his stewardship at CTC.

Ashish has overseen development and operations in various senior positions at some of the most iconic luxury hotels and resorts with companies such as Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, Orient Express Hotels, Trains, and Cruises, White Elephant Resorts, Hyatt International, The Lowell, New York, Leading Hotels of the World, The Chatwal brand, under Luxury Collection with Starwood and Marriott's Luxury portfolios. His accomplishments include delivering record financial performances in challenging environments and in the most competitive markets. Ashish became the youngest General Manager in the company with Orient Express at Windsor Court, New Orleans, during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, and was elected President of Greater New Orleans Hotel and Lodging Association. He guided The Lowell, New York to become the highest ADR City hotel in the US then, and to be voted # 1 city hotel in the world by Andrew Harper's readers' poll. Ashish's leadership won numerous hotel of the year awards in the Americas for The Chatwal under Starwood and then Marriott, and amazingly led it to be voted for 7 consecutive years in top 3 ranked hotels in New York City by Condé Nast Traveler readers' polls (ranked first thrice, second twice, third twice). Ashish's experience includes luxury development in the US, Europe, and HMAs in Mexico. He has also assisted nature resorts and assets in the US, Asia, Scandinavia and South Africa.

As COO of Chakra Trisul Company, Ashish brings this depth of real-world experience directly to every client engagement. Grounded in the firm's core values of Purpose, Progress, and Presence, he approaches collective value creation as a collaborative endeavor — one defined by intellectual honesty, personal accountability, and an unwavering commitment to luxury excellence.

Ashish is an avid nature and wellness lover, a sportsman including university champion in tennis, a yogi, and guitarist. He speaks several languages including Danish, French, Hindi, Punjabi and  serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Business department at City University of New York. Ashish has proven passion and penchant to create business embodiments and environments which are exquisite, exceptional and endearing.

Jayne is founder and managing director at Dovetail, London, which she launched in 1997 having previously worked with Richard Branson as part of the Virgin Management team, launching and selling several businesses under the Virgin brand. Jayne has directed several launches, managing the opening campaign for Burgenstock Hotel and Resort, Switzerland, re-launching Dukes Hotel, London, the opening of the Spa at Gleneagles, Scotland, managing the communications for St Barth and the yacht marina, and guiding for the gifting division of Harrods for more than 20 years. Jayne worked as International Public Relations management partner for over 15 years with Ashish Verma, COO for CTC, at the iconic The Lowell, New York and The Chatwal, New York when Ashish led both those distinguished award winning hotels.

Highly respected as an advisor and an expert in developing business strategies for clients operating in the luxury and lifestyle sector, Jayne prides herself on an innate understanding of the commercials around her client's operations. Offering powerful business counsel on all matters related to the success of a media and marketing campaign, to elevate and build a brand to grow market share.

Jayne's experience extends to many sectors, including private residential, and the ship with residences, The World, homewares with Savoir Beds and Obetee rugs of India. Jewellery by Sabyasachi and Raphaele Canot, formerly of Cartier. Beauty and amenity brands including Noble Isle and Connock London are proven new launch projects.

Jayne as our Chief Communications Officer will help develop business plans for our CTC clients considering the segmentation of each sector of opportunity with strategic networking being integral to your success, with introductions to media, partners and complementary brands along with private clients. Global audiences may be targeted through international media and marketing partnerships guided by Jayne's expertise.

Yina Muñoz

Chief Marketing Officer

Yina Muñoz is the Founder and Owner of ALLabout Representation, a boutique sales representation firm connecting exceptional independent hotels, destination experts, luxury villas, and DMCs with North America's leading luxury travel advisors.

With nearly 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality, she has held leadership roles at prestigious properties including Tortuga Bay, Eden Roc at Cap Cana, and The Chatwal brand, New York. Today, she leads a thoughtfully curated portfolio of hospitality brands, helping them build meaningful industry relationships and long-term market presence through a highly personalized approach to representation.

Yina worked as Director of Sales and Marketing for The Chatwal brand with Ashish, when he oversaw the brand as the SVP. The flagship hotel in Manhattan, under their efforts, was one of the most renowned examples of boutique luxury hotels with an astounding record of being voted 7 years consecutively, from 2016 to 2023, in top three hotels in New York City as voted by Conde Nast Traveler (No. 1 hotel thrice, No. 2 hotel twice and No. 3 hotel twice).

Yina is passionate about championing independently owned hospitality, creating lasting partnerships, and bringing credibility, intention, and authenticity to every relationship.

For our CTC clients, Yina curates bespoke Sales and Marketing plans with Ashish. A geographically appointed team on the ground assists in implementation. Astute sales community relationships help our client businesses achieve sustainable growth and significant impact on revenues as results.

Tod Langdon

Chief Architectural Officer

Tod has proven success driving large international development projects in Latin America, Asia, Caribbean, South Pacific, Mexico/Central America and the US. He is a career professional with thirty-five years of upwardly progressive experience in international hotel/resort development, project management and operations. He provides clients with excellent planning and pre-construction skills focusing on scope, schedule, and budget. He is a team builder who manages owner's expectations and leads world class project professionals. Tod is trained in hotel technical services, space planning and workflow analysis. He is experienced in renovating operating hotels in addition to new construction methodology. Tod earned Dual Major Degrees in International Relations and Economics at Syracuse University. He is a licensed General Contractor (28 years), has traveled extensively (43 countries) and at times provided on-site management.

Tod worked closely with Ashish, COO for CTC, at Orient Express Hotels' Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans soon after Hurricane Katrina hit the city. Ashish was the GM at the hotel then and Tod Director of Construction for the company. Both of them worked on major repairs of extensive damage to the hotel, remodeling many public areas and accommodations, and creating new additions to the hotel.

Tod was last positioned at Hilton Hotels as Senior Director Architecture, Design and Construction for Latin America and the Caribbean. He has completed luxury hotel, resort and casino projects, condominiums, high-rise housing, mixed-use and historic renovations for international brands such as Orient-Express Luxury Hotels, Omni Hotels, Disney World Orlando, and Shangri-la Hotels. Tod is experienced in remote island and Latin American locations. His projects have encompassed approx. 45,000+ hotel rooms, spas, and 100+ restaurants. He is an expert in financial planning, pre-contract, contract negotiating, construction management, on-site installation, and supervision as well as international purchasing logistics.

Tod's other passion is blue water ocean sailing having logged over 22,000 single-handed miles and has recently completed 4,500 miles sailing his 53 ft. ketch.

Shoshana Weinberg is a global hospitality and wellness leader with more than 20 years of experience shaping luxury destinations, wellness concepts, and transformative guest experiences across some of the world's leading hospitality brands. Her career spans senior leadership with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Belmond, and independent luxury developments across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. She has opened and repositioned flagship destinations, led multicultural teams, built high performing wellness operations, and developed guest experiences that strengthen loyalty, community, and long term commercial value. Shoshana and Ashish worked together at Orient Express Hotels, Trains and Cruises.

As Chief Wellness Officer of Chakra Trisul Company, Shoshana brings wellness into the wider development and operational vision of each project. Her wisdom comes together by connecting people, place, culture, nature, and performance. Her work extends beyond the traditional spa model to consider how wellness can inform the complete guest journey, from concept and design to programming, service culture, operations, and long term engagement. Her approach bridges the wisdom of traditional healing systems with contemporary hospitality, preventative wellness, recovery, and emerging longevity practices. With extensive study in Ayurveda, botanical medicine, contemplative traditions, and hospitality management, she brings both philosophical depth and operational discipline to the creation of meaningful experiences.

Shoshana believes the future of luxury is increasingly defined not by excess, but by how a place makes people feel, connect, restore, and belong. Her work with CTC helps translate that philosophy into distinctive destinations and experiences that create meaningful value for guests, teams, and ownership.
